We specialise in carefully sourced football shirts across a wide range of eras, with stock spanning vintage and modern shirts and a strong selection of both player nameset and non-nameset pieces.

All shirts are individually inspected, authenticated using our VAR Check process and clearly graded in-house before being made available for wholesale.

Condition & Authentication

Every shirt supplied by Retro Kick Off is individually inspected and authenticated using our VAR Check process.

Our wholesale condition grading is based on a 10-point scale, with Grade A representing shirts rated 8/10 or above.

As our stock consists predominantly of previously worn football shirts, Grade A does not mean new or flawless. Minor signs of age or previous wear may still be present.

Any significant damage or material defects identified during inspection are reflected in the item's grading and, where individually listed, noted and/or photographed.

Introductory Wholesale Bundles

Our Introductory Wholesale Bundles are designed to give new wholesale customers an opportunity to experience the range and quality of Retro Kick Off stock before moving to our ongoing wholesale services.

Unless otherwise stated, Tier 1–4 Introductory Wholesale Bundles contain Grade A stock (8/10 or above).

Certain Introductory Bundles, particularly Tier 1, may contain a significantly higher proportion of Vintage (pre-2010) shirts than is available through our ongoing wholesale programme.

This enhanced Vintage allocation is a feature of our one-off introductory offering and should not be considered representative of the stock mix available for repeat or ongoing wholesale orders.

Future wholesale orders are subject to our standard stock availability and wholesale composition requirements.

WhatsApp Wholesale

Looking for a smaller or more flexible way to buy wholesale stock?

Join the Retro Kick Off Wholesale WhatsApp Group, where we regularly release fixed, ready-made bundles exclusively to group members.

WhatsApp Wholesale is designed to provide access to stock with a lower financial commitment than our standard Introductory Wholesale Bundles.

Bundles may vary in quantity, era, sizing, condition, namesets and shirt type, with the contents and price clearly shown when each bundle is released.

Unlike our Introductory Wholesale Bundles, WhatsApp Wholesale Bundles do not necessarily follow the same stock composition or Grade A (8/10+) condition requirements. Buyers should review the information and photographs provided for each individual bundle before purchasing.

Bundle prices are fixed and bundles are offered on a first come, first served basis.

Handpick Wholesale

For businesses looking to build their own bundle, our Handpick Wholesale service allows approved wholesale customers to select individual eligible shirts from our available online stock using a designated wholesale discount.

Unlike our Tier 1–4 Introductory Wholesale Bundles, Handpick stock can include different condition grades. The grading, photographs and condition information provided on each individual listing should therefore be reviewed before selection.

Handpick Wholesale orders are fixed at 50 shirts per order and are subject to our applicable stock composition requirements.

Vintage Allocation

For the purposes of our wholesale programme, shirts from seasons before 2010 are considered Vintage.

Handpick Wholesale orders may contain a maximum of 30% Vintage shirts.

For a standard 50-shirt Handpick order, this means a maximum of 15 Vintage shirts, with the remaining 35 or more shirts being Modern (2010 onwards).

This requirement allows us to maintain a sustainable supply of Vintage stock across our wholesale customer base.

Orders exceeding the 30% Vintage allocation do not meet the requirements of our Handpick Wholesale service and may be cancelled.

WhatsApp Wholesale Bundles provide a more flexible option, with smaller fixed bundles released periodically through our dedicated Wholesale WhatsApp Group.

Our Handpick Wholesale service is designed for qualifying customers looking to select individual shirts from our available retail inventory, subject to the applicable order quantity, Vintage allocation and other Handpick requirements.
